Ethics: Research involving Humans
Applications From: Faculty / Graduate Students / Staff / Undergraduate Students (when your supervisor WILL be using your research data)
Research Ethics Board (REB) applications and modifications from those outlined above are submitted using an online application form. For further instructions see the ROMEO Login Instructions page. The online system allows you to track your application as it moves through review and provides access to all your approved files for future reference and maintenance. The MS-Word based REB application form is no longer in use.
Applications From: Undergraduate Students (when your supervisor will NOT be using your research data)
REB applications from this group will be reviewed and approved by your department level research ethics committee (REC). To apply for such a review, use the MS-Word based Request for Ethics Review Form (found under Forms on the left hand side of this webpage). Submit this application directly to your department REC; do NOT use the ROMEO online system.
